Your first 5 completed cases every month are completely free. From case 6 onwards, QoLly charges a flat $15 NZD per completed case. The counter resets on the 1st of every month. There are no monthly subscriptions, no percentage-based fees, and no hidden costs.
Standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30c for NZ) apply to all card transactions. The $15 QoLly case fee is separate. However, $15 per case includes the full platform: AI intake, tax engine, memorial pages, compliance vault, compassion automation, and aftercare dispatch — saving most vets thousands per year compared to managing it all themselves.
Yes. There are no tiers or feature gates. Every vet gets every feature from the moment they sign up: AI pre-assessment, S8 register, financial engine, memorial pages, compassion automation, aftercare dispatch, and more. Your first 5 cases per month are free, so you can experience the full platform at no cost.
During onboarding, you pick one. Choose Hnry if you want full tax automation (GST, ACC, income tax filed with IRD automatically) for a 1% fee on income. Choose Xero if you already have a bookkeeper and just want invoices synced to your existing Xero account. You can switch at any time in your settings.
A completed case is an appointment that has been marked as completed in QoLly (the clinical visit is done and the case is closed). Cancelled appointments, rescheduled bookings, or cases still in progress do not count toward your monthly total. You only pay for work you actually complete.
There's nothing to cancel. There's no subscription. If you stop completing cases through QoLly, we stop charging. Your clinical records, compliance data, and memorial pages remain yours. You can export your data at any time.
