Their favourite spot.

A sunny patch by the window, their own bed, or the comfort of your lap — wherever they’re happiest is where this can happen.

Why at home

The comfort of saying goodbye at home.

An in-home farewell lets your pet stay where they're most comfortable, and gives your family privacy, time and the same vet beside you throughout.

What to expect

How the day works.

  1. 1

    Text Dr Shelley

Tell her a little about your pet and how things are. She'll talk through the options with you and find a time that suits, often at short notice.

  2. 2

    The visit

Shelley comes to you. Your pet is given a sedative first, so they drift off comfortably in your arms or their own bed before anything else happens. There is no rush.

  3. 3

    Afterwards

Shelley can help arrange cremation with a trusted local provider, or you're welcome to make your own aftercare arrangements. Whatever you'd prefer, she'll walk you through it.
